Frequently asked questions

Annual subscriptions include access to all features in your chosen plan, cloud storage via Trimble Connect, the 3D Warehouse model library, mobile viewer, and all software updates released during your subscription period. The Pro plan includes the desktop modeler and LayOut. The Studio plan additionally includes V-Ray rendering, Scan Essentials, and the Revit importer.

We accept bank transfer, with purchase order and invoice-based purchasing available for corporate accounts. Payment is made in GBP. Contact us to discuss the best option for your organization.

After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with activation instructions within one business day. You will need to create a free Trimble ID (TID) at accounts.trimble.com and sign in to activate your subscription. Our team is available to assist you through the process.

Yes. A single SketchUp subscription allows you to install and use SketchUp on multiple devices — desktop (Windows & Mac), iPad, and web. You can be signed in on up to 3 devices simultaneously, but only one desktop instance can run at a time.

SketchUp Pro is a complete 3D modeling toolkit with the desktop modeler, LayOut for 2D documentation, and 1,000+ extensions. SketchUp Studio includes everything in Pro plus Scan Essentials (3D point cloud modeling), the Revit importer, and V-Ray for photorealistic rendering — making it the choice for BIM and visualization professionals.

Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. If a subscription expires without renewal, you will lose access to subscription features but can still open and view existing .skp files. Your files and cloud data remain accessible. Contact us before expiry to ensure uninterrupted access.

SketchUp Pro and Studio for desktop are available on Windows 10/11 and macOS 12+. A dedicated GPU with OpenGL 3.1+ is recommended. For the full system requirements, visit help.sketchup.com. The web version runs in modern browsers with no installation required.

For annual subscriptions, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase or renewal date. Please contact us directly to initiate a refund request. For more details, refer to Trimble's refunds and cancellations policy.
